This series documents Tom and Jean Sutherland’s professional careers. Materials cover Tom’s career as a Professor of Animal Sciences at Colorado State University, Dean of Faculty of Agriculture and Food Science at American University in Beirut, and a professional speaker and author in the 1990s. A smaller amount of material documents Jean’s career as an instructor at the American University in Beirut. Materials are arranged into four subseries: Colorado State University, American University in Beirut – Tom, American University in Beirut – Jean, and speaking, with speaking being the largest.
