001-575.000, 1970, undated
Scope and Contents
In the late 1960s, Wright Water Engineers (WWE) provided initial assessments of water rights availability for an Eastman Kodak industrial plant in Windsor, Colorado. The files in this series document WWE's successful pre-construction search for available water in the Cache la Poudre and Big Thompson river basins and guidance for using the water supply once Kodak had built the Windsor plant. Note that "Blackacre" was WWE's code name (also written "Black Acre" and "Black Acres") for the project. Material types include notes, data, meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and maps. The series follows the arrangement provided by WWE project headings when available, but most files are sorted into numerical or alphabetical categories. One file of oversize is listed at the end.
