831-029.030 Maryvale - Case 86CW258--Decree, 1988, 1997
Scope and Contents
This series documents work Wright Water Engineers did for Maryvale LLC, which at the time was developing new residential and business properties between Fraser and Winter Park in Grand County, Colorado. The work focused on water supply and an augmentation plan. For the augmentation plan, Maryvale, an investment team that bought the ranch from Regis University, was converting a Cozens Ditch irrigation right to municipal usage for households and businesses. The Cozens Ditch diverted from Vasquez Creek, a tributary to the Fraser River. The proposed groundwater wells were to draw from the Troublesome Formation aquifer. Material types include correspondence, data, court documents, notes, and maps. Folders remain in the order found, which is in numeric order by project number. Oversize materials are listed at the end.
