The Campus Events Collection includes programs, brochures, and other materials concerning various academic, professional, and social events at Colorado State University.

The Office of Conference Services (now Conference and Event Services) at Colorado State University provides coordination and registration services for meetings and events both on- and off-campus. The collection contains newspaper clippings and a scrapbook.

The Rocky Mountain Collegian is the student newspaper for Colorado State University and is the oldest continuously existing college student publication in Colorado. The collection contains negatives taken by Tim O'Hara when he was on staff and includes images of student meetings, athletics, student dances, concerts, intramurals, parades, and university celebrations.

The Visual Materials of Colorado State University (CSU) Events and Donor Engagement contains material from Colorado State University's Events and Donor Engagement division. CSU Events organizes university functions on behalf of the Office of the President, University Advancement, and other university leadership. Materials include photographs, film negatives, and CDs.
