Abstract
Everett Richardson (1924-2013), a graduate of Colorado State University, was an emeritus professor of civil engineering at CSU. He worked for the U.S. Geological Survey as a hydraulic engineer and associate director of research for nineteen years. He joined the CSU engineering faculty in 1968.
